Spouse !

Many relation attaches with us, when we take birth. We get a name, family and lots of other relation attach to our name, which gives lots of comfort as we grow. Parents help us to walk, talk and fly. Siblings help us to fight with our friends, shopping and lots of enjoyment and mischief. Friends, whom we take as our other life.  Life is so cool and easy walking with these relations. We want to live and die in their arms. But we never gave any thought to a relation which has to take birth after few years. A relation which is out of the world, gives lots of satisfaction, though can't replace any relation but yes can give that happiness which no one would have thought of.

I am not talking other than 'spouse'. A person in our life , which has power to change our thinking and quality of life we are living. Few words of love, a gentle touch, a kiss is enough to fly on ninth cloud. Suddenly, we get someone who promise to walk with us till we die. Till date we are thinking that we have parents and friends with whom we can walk. Why suddenly our perception changes? why today we feel special with him/her. Oh lord, thanks for the feeling you have given to us. This can not be judged or seen with naked eyes. We have got a new friend in our life. Or should I say, the happiness we were getting from different - different persons, you have inserted all those in one single person, who can be approached anytime. This is really a great situation holding the hands and moving, talking without carying of anyone else. Feelings, emotions all are blended into one.

Family - Root of unconditional love !!

'Family' ... all words are smaller than this word, whole world is there in this word. Just a 'word' which describes you, your strenth and your achievements.


Love, comfort, Life, makes a family, for many this may be not the defination but I am proud to keep the same meaning in my dictionary. Who makes this word complete, what does this word signify ? This is not a word to be answered, as magnificient things has there own charm.

I am a proud person to have this word in my life, parents & siblings is my world. None other than family can be trusted, no one will be there in your bad times. As blood is thicker than water. Appreciate the word which has given a meaning to your life, how to live, how to love and smile.

Whatever I am today, is because of my parents, I went to school with a aim to become a successful person, made many friends, went for Grads then PG, there was always a bless of someone that I keep on creeping year after year. When I was walking without any efforts and every work was completed with great success, I doubted myself, how can I be so effecient. It seems something fishy and then I turn my head back, I was amazed, my family still with me. They keeping a track on me, what I am doing, who all are my friends, what education I am getting, do I really need help, they know it, I am not aware how crucial all these things are as I was always a child for them. I wish to be a child and want them to stand next to me always and telling me whats good and whats bad.

Education is over now, Job time.. Oh lord ! so many jobs available and other second no jobs available. What to do, where to go. These are thoughts that we usually get, worse situations, wondering, we had a dream of successful person and today we have nothing after doing so much of hard work ? Then we realize 'Family', mum, dad where are you, I am alone again, I am sad. It was matter of calling them, asking them to be around and there was a que of jobs. Everything got transparent, people around us, jobs around us and everything. I smiled a bit and then gave a thought, are you magician and do things for me, what I want. How do you come to know what I want ? Anyways I thankyou ma pa.

Now a child has become a 'gentleman', walking with keys of car and a executive diary in hand. All problems are soughted out with one word. Year passes and time to marriage, is this a problem -- NO, I have a girl friend. oops!! I have girl friends mom, i will choose among them, we get married. Still parents smile, that we might be intellegent enough to take the appropiate decision to choose best for the life. Things keeps on changing, we grow older, our relation with parents and behavior changes. Why so ? For all that they have done for us, we are indebted to them. What is the best way to pay them ?

Just make them feel proud of who you become. They dont' seek money or any other kind of favors from us. For them, a smile of our's is still worthy than diamonds. Give them the unconditional love that you have got in so many years, rather than loving a person who is with you for a reason, for a condition. Most of the people in this world come and go, most of them will be selfish, but parents will be there, will love you whether you impose any condition to them, for metting them, for loving them, for talking to them. They will always love you now and forever.

Movie - Kites....

Kites... We have heard, life is "kati patang". I think its true after I saw this movie. Everything is their in your hand, where you want to move your life. Our thinking and perception changes when someone special enters our life. The thread of life is in our hand and where to go, till what height we want to move, in our hands. A person will be standing next to you with taking care of all your thread (actions).

A nice movie I have seen after so long, which gives only one message, that Love is there in the air, just have to wait for the entry of the right person.

 A blend of love and emotions, which makes you feel that how important is the presence of a partner in life, in front of which there is no value of money, status. Happy to sleep in arms of spouse, fill your stomach with air and water.

Fly high, that sky may shy,

Intellegent responds, fools react !!

A group of 5 girls, were waiting for the bus to come and were gossiping, praising, making other jealous, but all were laughing. One bought a neckless for 10,000 bucks, then other had a dinner in 7 star hotel. These gossips, never gonna end, but I thank my friend 'cockroach' who intrupted those girls.

May be cockroach got distracted by their talks, so wanted then to keep shut, but he did'nt know that girls can beat anyone in shouting. Same thing happpened, cockroach sat on neck of one. The girl was shouting, screeming and jumping all around the bus stop.

 Huhhh thanks to God, somehow she was able to throw that cockroach on the other girl.

Now what happened, the other girl, shouted like that some one has stolen her neckless. The girl who was happy with her neckless, is now dropping 10,000 tears in 10 seconds. But taking care of that neckless, she was also able to remove cockroach from her shirt. Now where the cockroach is ??

Cockroach was taking rest on one of the boy's shirt, who was also waiting for bus. But boy was cool, calm and didn't shout like girls. He started watching cockroach and as soon as he was confident, he grabbed that cockroach and threw it away.

Was this the cockroach, who was responsible for all this histrionic behavior ? If 'yes' then why was that boy not got hypered, he was so cool and make the situation much more comfortable, no chaos. Should I say that, it was inablility of those girls to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach that disturbed them.

If we see our life, don't you think that we also react sometime, when it is not at all required. The situation can also be responded in a better way. What happens, when your Boss says to work hard despite the fact that you are giving your 100%. Your dad refuse you to go out for a party. Standing in the traffic and shouting at others for not driving properly. I think it's our inability, for not handling the situation, which ultimately cause the disturbance to us. More than the problem it's our reaction to the problem that hurts.


By now you must be agreed on my point that, we don't have ability to handle the situation. It's not our boss who makes us worry for our job. It's us, who don't know, how to respond him. Girls reacted to the situation, boy responded to the situation.

Two things are important, What happens to us and other what happens through us.

One should think and then respond to the situation. Before using the mind, if we take or make any decision then we are fools. Wait and watch, see the situation, what it demands from you.

 So if you are intellegent, then Respond, else you can react !

Life is a Lesson AND Love Teacher... !!

Effects of late sitting at Office :)

It's half past 8 in the office but the lights are still on... PCs still running, coffee machines still buzzing... And who's at work? Most of them ??? Take a closer look...

All or most specimens are ?? Something male species of the human race... Look closer... again all or most of them are bachelors...

And why are they sitting late? Working hard? No way!!! Any guesses??? Let's ask one of them...

Here's what he says... 'What's there 2 do after going home...Here we get to surf, AC, phone, food, coffee that is why I am working late...Importantly no bossssssss!!!!!!!!!!!'

This is the scene in most research centers and software companies and other off-shore offices. Bachelors 'Time-passing' during late hours in the office just bcoz they say they've nothing else to do...

Now what r the consequences...

'Working' (for the record only) late hours soon becomes part of the institute or company culture. With bosses more than eager to provide support to those 'working' late in the form of taxi vouchers, food vouchers and of course good feedback, (oh, he's a hard worker... goes home only to change..!!). They aren't helping things too... To hell with bosses who don't understand the difference between 'sitting' late and 'working' late!!!

Very soon, the boss start expecting all employees to put in extra working hours. So, My dear Bachelors let me tell you, life changes when u get married and start having a family... office is no longer a priority, family is... and That's when the problem starts... b'coz u start having commitments at home too. For your boss, the earlier 'hardworking' guy suddenly seems to become a 'early leaver' even if u leave an hour after regular time... after doing the same amount of work.

People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day are labelled as work-shirkers... Girls who thankfully always (its changing nowadays... though) leave on time are labelled as 'not up to it'. All the while, the bachelors pat their own backs and carry on 'working' not realizing that they r spoiling the work culture at their own place and never realize that they would have to regret at one point of time.

So what's the moral of the story?? * Very clear, LEAVE ON TIME!!! * Never put in extra time ' unless really needed ' * Don't stay back unnecessarily and spoil your company work culture which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues. There are hundred other things to do in the evening.. Try to find time for prayer and meditation Learn music... Learn a foreign language... Try a sport... TT, cricket......... * And for heaven's sake, net cafe rates have dropped to an all-time low (plus, no fire-walls) and try cooking for a change. Take a tip from the Smirnoff ad: *'Life's calling, where are you??'

IT'S A TYPICAL INDIAN MENTALITY THAT WORKING FOR LONG HOURS MEANS VERY HARD WORKING & 100% COMMITMENT ETC. PEOPLE WHO REGULARLY SIT LATE IN THE OFFICE DON'T KNOW TO MANAGE THEIR TIME. SIMPLE !
